Returns & Refunds

At Kingdom 180 Apparel, every piece is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.


Eligible for replacement or refund:

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Non-returnable items:

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • General wear or use

Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.


Processing replacements

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no cost to you

  • In some cases, a refund may be issued instead


Shipping issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
